1. About Us
The Banc is a beauty business specialising in lash, brow and natural beauty treatments.
By using this website or booking with The Banc, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Bookings
Appointments can be made through our website, booking platform or approved communication channels.
All appointments are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings where necessary.

3. Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final appointment balance.
Failure to pay a required deposit may result in your booking being cancelled.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a charge of up to 50% of the appointment value.
No-shows will be charged 50% of the appointment value.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in future bookings being refused.

5. Late Arrivals
Clients arriving late may have their appointment shortened to avoid impacting subsequent bookings.
Appointments may be cancelled if a client arrives excessively late.
Full appointment charges may still apply.

6. Patch Testing & Allergies
Certain treatments may require a patch test.
Clients are responsible for disclosing any allergies, medical conditions, sensitivities, medications or previous reactions before treatment.
The Banc cannot be held responsible for reactions where relevant information has not been disclosed.

7. Treatment Results
Results vary from person to person.
Retention, longevity and treatment outcomes depend on factors including aftercare, lifestyle, skin type and individual reactions.
No guarantees can be given regarding treatment longevity.

8. Lash Extension Services
Foreign infills are accepted at The Banc's discretion.
Clients arriving with lash extensions applied by another technician may be required to book a removal before a new set can be applied.
Lash fixes are only available within the designated fix period and where aftercare instructions have been followed.

9. Retail Products
Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
We aim to ensure all product descriptions and pricing are accurate; however, errors may occasionally occur.
The Banc reserves the right to amend product information, pricing and availability without notice.

10. Returns & Refunds
Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned.
Refunds or replacements may be offered for damaged, faulty or incorrect items where evidence is provided within 48 hours of delivery.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

11. Gift Cards & Promotions
Gift cards, promotional offers and discounts cannot be exchanged for cash.
The Banc reserves the right to amend or withdraw promotions at any time.

12. Website Content
All website content, including images, logos, branding, text and designs, remains the property of The Banc unless otherwise stated.
Content may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Banc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website, products or services.
Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.

14. Privacy
Personal information collected through bookings, purchases and enquiries will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to These Terms
The Banc reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this website.
