Cancellation Policy

All appointments require a non-refundable booking fee to secure the appointment. Booking fees are deducted from the final treatment cost and are non-refundable under any circumstances. Booking fees may be transferred to a new appointment where sufficient notice is given in line with the rescheduling policy. Appointments are not confirmed until the booking fee has been received. Rescheduling Policy: Appointments may be rescheduled up to two times per booking provided a minimum of 48 hours' notice is given. After two reschedules, a new booking fee will be required to secure any future appointment. Appointments rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the booking fee being forfeited and a new booking fee being required before rebooking. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made with more than 48 hours' notice will result in the booking fee remaining on the account and being transferred to a future booking. Same day cancellations and cancellations that are made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the booking fee being forfeited. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend an appointment without notice will be treated as a no-show. No-shows will be charged 50% of the booked treatment cost. This balance must be paid before any future appointments can be booked. Future appointments may require payment in full at the time of booking.
