Service Description
The perfect quick fix! Designed for clients who need a little touch-up between appointments. This mini infill refreshes small gaps and replaces a few outgrown lashes to keep your set looking fresh and flawless. The express service is designed to fill in noticeable gaps before an event, weekend getaway, or special occasion. Timeframe: This service must be booked within 7days max of your last appointment with me. Anything past 7 days will be canceled or upgraded to a standard infill. Lash Condition: You must have at least 75- 80% of your lash extensions still remaining. If more lashes have shed or your appointment is outside the 7-day window, a regular infill will be required. If your retention is below the recommended amount, I will do my best to refresh your lashes within the allocated appointment time. However, please be aware that a regular infill may be recommended if more time is required to achieve the desired result. Please note: Mini infills are not a replacement for regular infills and are only suitable for a small refresh. After your mini infill appointment, your next appointment must be a full infill or a new set depending on retention. This is a fast top-up to add density; no outgrown lashes will be removed during this appointment. It does not replace your regular 2–3 week maintenance infill.
Cancellation Policy
All appointments require a non-refundable booking fee to secure the appointment. Booking fees are deducted from the final treatment cost and are non-refundable under any circumstances. Booking fees may be transferred to a new appointment where sufficient notice is given in line with the rescheduling policy. Appointments are not confirmed until the booking fee has been received. Rescheduling Policy: Appointments may be rescheduled up to two times per booking provided a minimum of 48 hours' notice is given. After two reschedules, a new booking fee will be required to secure any future appointment. Appointments rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the booking fee being forfeited and a new booking fee being required before rebooking. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made with more than 48 hours' notice will result in the booking fee remaining on the account and being transferred to a future booking. Same day cancellations and cancellations that are made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the booking fee being forfeited. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend an appointment without notice will be treated as a no-show. No-shows will be charged 50% of the booked treatment cost. This balance must be paid before any future appointments can be booked. Future appointments may require payment in full at the time of booking.
